A Fetal Death Certificate can only be issued at the time of registration. Fetal Death Certificates are not kept in the Local Vital Records Office. Once the certificate is registered is it immediately sent to the State Office of Vital Records in Sacramento.

No, we’re in northern California. There’s also a Nevada County in Arkansas. There is no county by this name in the State of Nevada. (By the way, "Nevada" means "snowy" in Spanish. The northern Sierra Nevada mountain range passes through our County.)

Yes, so long as it has not expired. The new owner must make a written request for transfer of the permit. Expired permits are non-transferable, and a new permit must be applied for.
